Hi All,I need help about my car problem, why when every morning when i start my car have shaking for a while? after the engine start about 10min no more shaking? any idea? thanks and appreciate for your help

sludge, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, injector, ECU, vacuum leak, idling valve, ignition coil, valvetronic motor, MAF sensor, VANOS sensor, throttle positioning sensor.. etc and the list can go on and on..

but I doubt it has anything to do with timing chain..

my estima having this issue and it's timing chain..but i don't know if bmw...shaking after start then okay when driving...just wondering if it's the same..

Greetings and a very good morning bro Histlers. Hope your queries are well answered and if more is needed, do ask and browse thru the forums as there are abundance of data for you to go thru.

Btw, pls proceed to the Newbie section and do a self intro as per forum rules. :top:

It can be either or a combination of any.. have to go through to list and conduct health check to each to isolate or strike off those that are okay, just to find the culprit. Can also be engine mounting and transmission mounting or even loose/worn plug cables, a walk though of your service history would help to see what has been done before. Also the age and mileage of the car if provided, will also help isolate some in the list.. just say u have fever, it's impossible to diagnose. Can be throat infection, can be dengue, can be flu, and the list continues..

Thank you bro, nice to know u all guys :)

My first guess will be ignition coil. Probably some of the coil already bad and need replacing. Diagnostic should tell which one spoil. Just replace it. Can try with used one first. Check with Bimmer73. He may have some used one for sale. Better still change all to new one if its proves coil is the culprit. If not go to the rest of the list mention by others above.

Bro, your 1 sili is what year and model? Maybe a good self intro per VP's note would help greatly.

I'm also new to 1 sili, got a used E87 couple of months back and still trying to adapt to it. The driving feels different.

Anyway, hope you get your solution soon.
