I doubt you can get it at 180k especially with Quill, which is known to be very sticky with their prices. 195k for a performance edition (which should be 184hp version) sounds like a good deal too. The sticker price I saw on the car was RM 205k, Mileage around 20k km each

When I bought mine from AB, the special interest rate of 0.88% applies only if we do not push for greater cash discount, else rate is about 2.5+%. I pursued cash discount as I took little loan.

Remember to ask for a full detailing job if you get the Quill pre-owned cars as they were full of light swirl marks/scratches when I checked them out while servicing my car last week.

do u think 1 year from now, can get the 320d with 184 hp and i-drive at 170-180k since the F30 will be nearer to launch by then? :p

According to the Mayans, you can have anything you want one year on from now, if you can survive December 21st, 2012. :)

Friend, procastinating and holding back is meaningless as there will always be a better one around the the corner. For me, I will see myself very happy with this face-lifted, up-rated 184-hp, 380Nm 320d for at least the next 3 years or until we have an F30 face-lifted 320d or 325d

Enjoy your hard earned money today and live in the moment of NOW, not tomorrow or yesterday.

immediate satisfaction guaranteed is better than constantly craving the next best thing... craving breeds suffering which then breeds hostility which then.... you get the picture hopefully...

When you've tasted diesel, you never want a petrol car again...same with the ladies, when they've tasted black, it's goodbye to other men!

I drove the 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive35is turbocharged for 335 hp etc, on those long BMW Innovation Days test drives ...but it didn't do anything for me....don't know why...no spine-tingling urge to really want it as my next car, you know.

of coz we all have our own preferences. but if you do a software upgrade for the new bmws, both petrol and diesels, it opens up an amazing world of performance. but I still feel there's nothing like revving a high strung NA for real satisfaction.

For me, once you have tasted forced induction, there will be no turning back to NA. The torque is very addictive.

I was a signature away from a Passat CC. The 323i or 325i never cut it for me.

Then the 320d's 380Nm literally blew me away after one bloody test drive. For those who wish to avoid this poison, DON'T test drive the 320d because once you do, the oil burner's insane acceleration thrust will linger in your mind with your dark side urging you to cross over. sooner or later, you will have to submit ;)

I bet you've never tasted an M3.... :)

Admittedly, no but us less well-heeled mere mortals need to balance passion with practicality.
Bro, comparing a 4 cyl 2.0 to a 4.2 v8, hmmm?
If I hv to choose between 414bhp or 380nm torque, I will still go for the more practical twisting force, not unless the new pkr government can guarantee building an autobahn for us.
Btw, for a simple comparison, the m3 rated torque is 400nm, it's quite amazing that the humble 320d has 95% of the m3's twisting force. Makes me love my 320d more :)

Driving a 320i courtesy car now while I get the necessary fixed on my 320d. Really missing my 320d's mileage range & torque. Drive the 320i as hard as my diesel & the GB keeps moving up and down searching for the right gear to move the car.
