wat is doc10?

So basically, as far as i know buying a car in msia procedure is:

1. Survey the car-of-interest
2. Get to know the car's spec
3. Find and compare retailers
4. Compare spec with the car from the retailer
5. Test drive
6. Pay by cash or loan
7. Buy insurance (any suggestion?)
8. Register car plate at JPJ
9. Register ownership at PUSPAKOM
10. Check with PUSPAKOM whether the car's condition is good
11. Start paying roadtax to JPJ

Did i left out anything? Do add in. Thanks.

so far i have no luck in bumping in 320d otr :(

my friend, i saw that melvyn had indicated that he would be willing to part with his 320d. have a chat, though he's in Penang, it may be worth your while as the car seems to be within your price range. all the best

Yeah, saw them yesterday at quill pj while servicing my 320d. Their mileage r around 20k km n registered march 2010, which means they r the 177hp /350nm version

the advertisement looks good.. maybe i will drop by Quill PJ next week.. the advert says:
- RM195k
- 0.88% interest rate
- 0 to 5k mileage

Its the Performance edition!!

Not too bad for RM195k as the interest is low. you may press them further as it dosent hv the i drive but I'm quite sure it isn;t the 177hp

Maybe best to call/visit 1st, the interest rate seems too good to be true :hmmmm::23:

need feedback from diesel owners after a few years of driving.....just yesterday I heard a friend's E60 530d engine idling.....alamak, fail la, same sound as my brother's sorento

meanwhile, the new f10 520d sounded marvelous on test drive....just afraid that diesel clatter will be more pronounce later in its life. Anybody care to share?

Wah, 6 cylinder diesel also sound like a truck ka? :( Is it true they will sound worse as engine age??

lets see wat the SA at Quill offers tomorrow when i visit them.. i am not in a rush to buy so i dont mind looking around a bit longer (i think so)..:bebored:
