regarding the payment, let wait until we get about 16 nos or more people. No point collecting payment if the number is not reach.

I think COD and self collection at the TT would be better. However, this apply to OM only.

OM are Official Members. The club have their real name and address. So if they FFK on the group buy, I can ask the club to trace them.

Some Club Guest are new to the forum and seldom attend TT. So not sure whether can make delivery. but if I have met them before, can COD lar.
