...there are many fishes in the sea ...u cannot catch all.......u unlucky u kena...CM not 24hrs in forum...many posts in a day so will miss some unless u report...sometimes need to see the whole context of the conversation....u can call the prez names if the conversation is casual but when the conversation is serious in nature thats when u need to tow the line....eg: Prez give warning , then u give him a name other than his...this is a BIG no no...Picture this situation, u go drinking with ur boss and u call each other assholes but when he is screwing u in the office for something that u didnt do right, try calling him an asshole and see wht happens. We are all adults but its good to be kids once a while but its also good to know when to become an adult again.

whatever happens, skill drive ka no skill ka, i take this just as a very very good effort from the CMs in organizing it..it is really a hard job as they are doing it voluntarily ( sacrificing their family time, sundays etc) (Y)
