Engine oil recommendation

Hi Guys,Just like to get some opinion from you guys if it is Ok to use engine oild 15W-40? I been using 10W-40 all these while and change oil every 6000km plus. Since my car is getting old, thought of using slightly higher viscosity oil in order to prevent oil sipping into the piston. Really appreciate you guys kind advice.Regards,TC

:listen: .... No prob bro. You can switch. Switching to higher W, maybe u will hv a bit of difficulty during cranking only, just maybe only. :4:...

I am still using 5w50 on my old engine, no problem at all!, if ur car doesn't consume oil, y change?
