Just saw an ad in the Star today about AB's new offering. The E90 325i Sports Package. Comes with M-Tech spoilers, sports seats, xenon for low and high beams, and beautiful looking 18" wheels. Anyone have info on the rest of the specs (sports suspension?) and pricing? Its starting to happen, the specs for the E90 is being juiced up as the model ages to create continuous excitement for the car.

understand it will be around RM300k...might as well add a bit more for one year old e60 525 Sports...:)

AB sales rep tells me it will be 20k more, about 308k. Includes everything you mentioned, sports suspension and....... I-Drive with Navigtion (GPS).

Now i am starting to regret !!!

don't be, otherwise who ever that buys this one may also regret in one and half years or so when e90 introduces facelift version....life goes on.

Yup.... don't regret or else everyone will be waiting forever and nothing will happen....

Will the Msian E90s come with iDrive? As far as I know, since we don't have Navi/GPS yet, so no iDrive option unlike E60, where iDrives comes without Navi and to add it will cost another RM 25K (AB you must be joking!)

well i think it will be actually worthwhile getting the sport edition.... the M bodykit itself already cost 10500rm without spray and fitted.... plus if you opt for M Tecnic Suspension it will be another 6 grand... M Sport Steering wheel around 3500.... sport seat is the worst..... i think around 10k each.... not to mention 18 rims

We do have GPS in M'sia. I hv it in my car & it works fine. Even got map of kuantan or Ipoh.

Alvin,

Yes I know we have GPS ie. I mentioned that to add Navi/GPS to the E60 iDrive will cost RM 25K.

Just wondering cause I heard that BMW Msia is not currently offering Navi on the E90 so therefore no iDRive. Maybe the new M Kit E90 has that option?

if i sum all the $$$, so happy i got most of the stuff standard in my ride...:).

Those were my thoughts too when I spoke to E46F earlier but are you guys sure this package includes M-sports suspension??? Cos that was not the case in the E46 325i Sports Package and this was a real let-down then. If the E90 325i's package also includes sports suspension (which wasn't stated in the advert - wonder why?), then it's a steal for RM20K mark-up. It would be nice though if it came in choice of funkier colours, heh! If so... I'm getting it!!!!!:D

I reckon the car only comes with what was in the ad. I can't imagine BMW Mal throwing in i-drive and GPS and sports suspension in addition to what was listed. That would make it too much of a bargain! That is not BMW Mal's style!

I had lunch with Aay Jay today and it seems that it's included. Following this insight, I've called my Auto Bavaria salesperson and she should revert soon. I'll keep you guys posted!!

That's cool. But... you sure you don't get tempted ah as you can recall what happened the last time we did this. Hint: a very happy car salesgirl! Heh!

Ooooohh...... I like the iDrive, I am a tech freak and even though there has been a lot of negative vibes out there about iDrive, me still likes :p

Now how do I add in iDrive into my ride  , other then upgrading the whole car :(

I think itll come with sat nav and i-drive, and they will be launching the E92 as well... go to the participating AB Showroom this saturday =)

I can confirm what Alvin said. AB has not confirmed the price for the E90 325i Sports Package. It's estimated to be in the region of RM310K which is a good thing if sports suspension and i-drive with sat nav is included. What I would love for it to have is distinct colours.

Distinct color would be relly nice i.e. BMW Individual colors both external and internal. The internal piano black looks sick....I like it!

RM 310K hmmm, I would think twice as it's near to the 523i. The M sport suspension would be too hard for me, the standard one is already bodering on harsh but just nice. The standard seats a good for me. At times I have a lower back problem and need good seats, so far the std ones supports me well even without the lumbar support.

iDrive and the MKit yup those will get me going but like I said, too close to the price range of 523 or maybe a 1 year old 525?
