the engine will give u smooth sound and better performance. but u need to change every 12500 km. my e46 320i cost for minor services is about less than rm500.

suggested to use castrol fully syn EDGE 5W/40 = RM130/..

10W60 usually used by M3 and M5 in race.

behind NSS Auto.

But the power window i did it in usj BenZone.

Just changed my batery Delkor DN66 - RM405 (fater trade in my old battery for RM15)

car died on me on Sun evening at my home (lucky not outside)...did it at the tyre shop near my home (SS14)......got the guy to come over to my home and do it.

Just for u guys info my ols original battery lasted for 7 years and 3 months (my car was bought from AB in Sep 2000)

Hi..

Nope, not a specialist..
Normal servicing not a problem..and they dont have diagnosis tool also
change oil, spark plugs, filters - at a religiously 8k km

Just go ahead and get a bimmer..dont think too much :rock:

i think you should call exotic mods(017-378 0028, 017-377 0878) for direction.its not hard to find the place but hard for me to explain in wording.

yeah! sometimes my OBC shows headlamps mulfunction.

My Tiptronic Gear knob won't stay at Sport mode. It flips back to D everytime. It's like there's some 'catch' problem .

Anyone had this issue before ? What was the cause? How much to repair? I need to know this coz I'm taking delivery of a 2nd hand 318 2000 1.9 this Saturday from AB and they say they'll fix it. But to counter check what they did just to be sure, some info and help required, thanks sifus and gurus.

Hi! I'm new to this forum and I got onto it because my e46 318i m-sport had aircon probs, and i've found the comments really useful.. so i got the thermo sensors changed (thanks to info from this forum).....

That was just the start! last week my car stalled and overheated (too late i've found out from this forum that I should have had my expansion tank checked for wear and tear). I've just bought over this car 3 weeks ago and its a 2000 model. my repair bills came up to RM3,500++ all because of the expansion tank problem.

has anyone had this experience before? I was wondering if we could compare prices for the parts. I'm really new to this! btw i got my car done at MPower.

i've also got my tinting done Huber Optics for RM900 -82%. anyone can update me on prices???

I'm new guys in this forum also in driving BMW hehe. Wahh... soo expnsive hehehe mine is e46 325i. every time i stat my car the indicator showed the remaining km to change the oil.

as today it show 95++ km left so when is the right time to do check up?? after it shows 5+++ km left or 1+++ km?? I'm at Sri Gombak so where is the gud place to go for check up?? I'm buying unreg BMW 2003 so how do i know I got the warranty or not from AB?? or i dont have any warranty hehehe

Usually wat a 'must' part we have to change every time we do check up?? the oil wajib la heheh other than tat??
