The front ones are the engine mountings and price is RM 180 for 2 pieces. Symptom of bad engine mounting is vibration when engine is idling.

hurm...that s weird..i guess i need to find second opinion then.....shud have note down what s the part's name that cost me rm400, but i m sure he didnt mentioned anything on engine mounting...
i did noticed the vibration when stopping at traffic light, but couldnt care less.. haha..the reason i m doing it becoz if i jack up the car, i can see that the gearbox almost fall from it place, the screw that holding the gearbox is almost at the end of it place (it s a type of screw that can allow the gearbox to move forward n back (hard to explain, haha). basically, gearbox is shifted to the end of the car, it supposed to be a bit ke depan. scare the gearbox fall down when i m driving, LOL. imagining that makes me want to repair it now!

anyway, thx a bunch Herbert! gonna go for second opinion today n will post back!

Azel are you talking about the item 4

If that was the item(Engine Mounting), it will cost you RM180 for 2pcs from BA. Btw hv pm you about the lower arm info

Use front left Msport lower arm RM120
Use oem Speaker set front & rear RM150
Use 2pcs O2 sensor before catalic converter Rm300
New O2 sensor socket tool RM40
New fuel filter came with valve Rm120
New rear left wheel bearing Rm150 (330i rear wheel bearing bigger than other model e46)
Labour to pump bearing Rm30

I presumed urs is the 1.9 lit engine...the mountings seems to be on the high side IMHO...

Hi folks

My 330 steering wheel lost it's power steering suddenly. According to the mech, it's the steering pump that has failed and quoted me 1200 for a new pump and 600 for a used one.

Any idea if that's a fair estimate? Many thanks

Last year I bought my new power steering pump for RM 850 (original LUK brand) from Bomin Auto, Jalan Ipoh, KL. Please also replace the power steering oil reservior cum filter (RM 60.00) and remember to do a complete flush of the power steering system.
