Change at m-speed, oil separator including 4 hoses, all together RM 800, what do you think ?

Alexx, feel lighter after change the oil separator, my throttle cable already rust inside thus no smooth, bring to Ah Meng, he will know once he sit in your car

i have no idea and i just follow the receipt he gave to me... actually i really donno the actual market rate for parts, and i just trust M speed since it is high recommended by the forum and also near by my stay. maybe i should ask dr. meng about that during my next engine oil change. but anyway, i will double check the receipt he gave to me once again in case of my mistake... 3 months for bread and plain water.....

For our own knowledge & reference purposes, it will be good that we at least know the estimate prices of spare parts for our car to avoid us being labelled as "water fish" by workshops. Spare parts shops that you can call and check for prices are:
1. Bavarian Auto (03) 7876-5555
2. Bomin Auto (03) 6251-3613
3. SuanHuat (03) 7877-3309

Hi, my bm needs an oil change and probably a once over to see if anything else needs repairing (which probably winter be much cause the previous owner done a lot).
Not sure which workshop to go to. Either M. S. Motor at No. 314M, Jln Chan Sow Lin which is on the way to work or M1 at Segambut which is also near.
Also which engine oil to use. I know castrol is the usual but what viscosity I should go for?
Anyone any suggestion? would appreciate feed back for a noon like me.

How and when and why you change your rear ABS sensors? did the light on? or adviced by the mech?
I just diagnosed my e46, there is one error that cant be cleared, 1/2 of the rear ABS sensor been detected "plausible", dont know what that mean.

Just serviced my E46 M43 at M.S. Motor.
As mentioned by the members here, Ah Keong is very nice but he used Mobil 2000 which was not my choice and he did not ask me. I think i have to tell him to use Mobil One next time as I can feel the power dropped slightly. Wonder if semi-syn is better for an older
He also put my car on the lift and gave the car a thorough once over. The diagnosis was three cracked bush and two tired front absorber. So the next visit, I should be looking at a bill of around 2k plus to change the absorbers and what not.
Yesterday's damages was: -
Mobil 2000 RM135
Oil Filter RM45
Labour RM80 (I suppose it includes the inspection or else it is a bit expensive.)
Total 260
At the end of it, an invoice was given to me recording the necessary work that needs to be done at the next service or as and when I am free.
No pushy or dodgy car service.

why i changed it was because warning light popped up on and off and on... so i did not want to take the risk of it leading to another thing.
cause from the diagnostic... it mentioned 2 probs.. either sensor or whats that called... rotor if i'm not mistaken.. rotor is 1k plus... so ah meng advised to change this first.. of warning comes out again then no choice la
