I think your AC flap motor is jammed or stuck at some position, maybe that's why bro.

Hi Bros,
Need some suggestions, my air cond only cooling in morning/evening, when the surrounding temp is not so hot...
if park under sun then drive in afternoon... it's like in sauna room... fan blowing out.. but hardly cooling at all..

any chance of diy before sending to workshop??
could it solve by recharging r134a?

If it can be resolved by recharging then your AC would have worked normally and consistenly throughout the day. Best you go to a workshop or you may describe the problem in a more detail manner. For example, what setting your AC is currently On, auto or manual setting? What temperature you were on? Any information that best help forumer understand the situation better.

I set to 22degC, auto (i guess, how to check this), the blower set to 3 blue dots.

I think that too....never seen anyone gettng this part from chop shop before. Will call BA in the morning.

Bro, try to directly bypass from heater valve. It could the issue. Before that suggest you to check if compressor pressure is right.

Bro, I might just killed my a/c. I was playing around with the fan speed, putting it to full blast for about 10minutes. Then suddenly I smelt like some very light burn smell, then the fan stop working. Temperature indicator and controls all working fine, just now air blowing out from vent.
Anyone know any shop I can go to in Klang?

There could be a possibility that your "blower resistor" is out of commission. BA sells them between RM200-300. Best send it to proper diagnose before your next course of action. Good luck.

The source of smell comes from the internal parts of the AC and it requires massive dismantling of the AC system starting with your Dash-board hence many owners seldom take that road. Perhaps you can try cleaning your AC system via a (dismantling free) machine. Some tried it and claimed that it works where others claimed otherwise. Nevertheless, its worth a try.

Mine just did at denso air cond service centre tmn seri gombak...
Now the car inside tmpt like alaska huhu

Mine just did at denso air cond service centre tmn seri gombak...

I check the fuse box in gloves compartment, found out fuse 28 was blown. Googled the fuse diagram, it actually didn't indicate any functon for fuse 28. Anyhow, I Swap one of the fuse nearby and voila, the fan works! Air blowing out from vent.
Since I don't have any extra fuse, put back the original fuse after tested
Drove to Naidu just now, he changed the fuse. And fixed the prob.
On the not cold issue, he jst top up gas.
Issue solved.

But he mentioned my compressor is leaking oil, might give way soon. He is trying to find used one, rm500
