Bro,
I think you should know, if your UDM is 318, 320, 325, 328 or 335? :D

Welcome to the world of UDM, sounds like a E36 318i with M43 auto gearbox. Well, to me, your problem sounds normal. I am also facing the same situation whereby my 318i M43 is very "slow" during the 1st 5 minutes. Once the engine and gearbox are warmed up properly, then it drives normally. You may want to check when was the last time you changed your engine oil and gearbox oil. Do share more experiences

Very sorry...now i understand la... Russie are right...my are E36 318i AT but not sure M42 or M43. Thks Russie for the clu and advised. Will check on it. Thks to the others too.

Change the spark plug and dont over filled your engine oil on new change. Same problem solved after new plug, new oil 5-30 Mobil 1 or Bardahl 5-30w with Bardahl 1 and also plug cable changed.

I have flushed the gearbox but the problem resolved after the above are done.

Not sure what solved the problem lorr...

Mr Geoffreylee. Noted and understood. Thks for the advise. I take all advised seriously. Thks to all guru.....
