E36 325i interior works and reliable workshop

I have an e36 325i 94 looking for a reliable workshop and a place to do my seats and trimmings which have cracked and looks like melted over the years. Workshop required to check the handbrake where the car sits on one side little more when used, aircond number 1 not working, high speed break causes wobbling. Any contacts pls pass to me with your experience using them. Thanks.
