e32 740i v8 in dilemma...

my e32 740i got some problem.1st prob the eng got rev cut at 3.5k...cant rev more than that.second thing is my gearbox cant shift just stick to 3rd gear...after i going outstaion to penang this problem appears..,,so i left the car here almost for 3 week...need advise if happened this b4 to you guy?

last time my e32 just engage 2&3 gear . change one of the valve body solonoid and service valve body change gearbox oil then all ok smooth like normal . ALso pls check your airflow meter my 2 sen .

Bro,
Get a repair kit for the whole set of clutch, and it will be fine for the rest of the car's life.
Someone had Also mention the change the valve body, yes it will affect the gears change too.

another thing to check is ur kick down switch...our forumer gregcwho had this problem before
