E30 325 halfcut

Hi guys...I have found a halfcut for E30 325 for RM3,000-00, is it a worth buy? Mine is M40, how much it cost to transplant the engine?Actually...nothing wrong with my engine (except under power..) but something that came with the halfcut drive me crazy.... Guess what? AC ori complete bodykit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!unfortunately that towkey don't want to sell it separately, all one go.....so what do you think???

Overall view I think the engine is not so good laa, got leaking here & there..and I have a feeling that something amiss about the engine..why? because if the engine was in good condition, why must he put it in a package? Maybe he cannot sell the engine and put it into package and somebody will go for the AC's regardless the engine condittion.....
