E12

I can´t recall seeing the E12 more than twice here in Malaysia. Is the E12 becoming rare?E12 is my favourite 5 series. I have a few BM´s but would not mind having a E12. Anyone knows about any object sitting around (525 or 528)?

decent E28's are very rare already.. let alone E12. anyway, you can see a few rotting away in Kayu Ara area.

I know where...hehehe...anyway, I saw a e21 rotting away at bukit raja area and i'll confess that at some point of time, I did get tempted to get it restored but....hmmmm...I know I know...its not e12...hehehehe

Agreed with Mizhan. E28s are already a dime a dozen on our roads, so ditto the E12, which looks remarkably similar to the E28. To be frank, I am honestly hard pressed to differentiate between the E12 and E28 if one drives past me...

I've seen a really decent E28 whilst I was in Ipoh earlier this year though. Kinda like those centrally-mounted exhaust pipes. :4:

I agree E-12 and E28 looks a bit similar, but E-12 is more "sharkey" hence a more beautiful car. We can discuss back and forth pros and cons, but to me E-12 is a bit more perky. What E-12 are sitting in Kayu Ara? I have only seen one next to sprint hwy at the turn off to Tropicana/ Aman Suria

..trouble is when you need to buy bodyparts for restoration. selling a kidney still won't be enough.

There's an abandoned black E12 in a covered carpark in KL, minimal damage on the rubber parts & the body compared to those abandoned cars constantly exposed to the harsh weather. According to the car park attendants, it has been left there for at least 5 years, but they don't know who it belongs to. If you know anyone in JPJ who can help to find out, this could turn out to be a worthwhile project car. Mizhan, next project apa macam?

A friend got an E12 525 for sale. Body so-so condition, under a tree in front of his house. Last I saw it was covered. Engine the owner say still ok. Kepong/Taman ehsan area. Owner is also bm enthusiast, has 728 e23 & 735 e32. PM for more info

Went to look for this one today, it is still there, but isn´t very happy. Both windows on drivers side was rolled down and car was filled with garbage. Sitting on it´s rims. It can still be made into a car, but will need time and RM. The car is a 520 with registration WAD4932. It is in B2 not B1.

There is another E-12, 520 gold color sitting idling at Kayu Ara, along sprint hwy
