Im driving this E60 (530d) at the moment, using this Dunlop Sport 01 for abt 20 000 mileage. then i came to hear some funny sounds from my tyres. then i sent to the auto bavaria workshop and asked why did my car sound weird. then they showed me the tyres, the tread looks like zigsaw plate (uneven tread). then they told me that is due to the camber. but this is all abt bmw's design and built. im still in a ??? situation. can someone tell me what can i do?Thanks.

Is the attached picture the same tyre? From the reviews, seems that users find this tyre noisy.

The camber causes one side of the tyre to wear out faster than the other (normally the inner side wear out faster for negative camber). As the front tyres also does the steering, the wear will be uneven.

BMW doesn't recommend tyre rotation but I find that rotating the tyres every 5,000 or 10,000km helps to even out the wear coz by placing the front tyres to the rear helps to smooth out the unevenness.

Maybe as an experiment you should swap the front & rear tyres and see if the noise is still there?

Correct me if I am wrong, +ve camber or - camber will not give u zigsaw mark. Either makan dlm or makan luar ... the center still ok ..

I thot zigsaw is due to shocks ..

Noise ?? This is subjective .. some ppl dun mind the noise .. some ppl do.
I noticed that some of the tires preview does not do justice to our climate.

Just my opinion ....

my problem is let say front left makan outside and the right makan inside.
then the back different side lagi.. its so uneven..

The rear should have consistent wear i.e. both side will wear on the insides (normal) due to the camber and the rear tyres do not turn. But you are saying that even the rear has uneven wear i.e. inside on one side the outside on the other?

Yes. even the rear has a different area affected on the both tyres..
