hihi, i am here... i suggest u to modified a bit.... i have done the exact samething.. haha, used my precious holiday to do it, but worth a try lah......

as for the material, i used the rod of those "metal" blind for the windows, hope u understand , in manderine is "bai3 ye4 chuang1"......

then follow all the instruction as the website.....

about the modification..... pls stick a reflective paper, sticker or whatever lah, to stop the light source from behind..... the best is reflective paper of course, because it not only block the light from behind, it also reflect ur already dim LED... get what i mean??

you can also buy the aluminum foil with sticky back.
they came in a roll and cost abut rm10.00 for one roll. you can use the extra for your vertical lining chrome grill. :D

actually i had mine removed recently while i remove the inner lens of my headlight... if u want i can let u have a look... give u also can, but then the quality wise a bit.... haha..... but need to arrange my time to go to the Klang TT lah... maybe next month......

there is another type of ready made angel eye for E36 in the market i think... that one is not CCFL, but LED one, exatly like the one that u planning to do one... the price is abt RM300 i think, not sure.....
