WBA is not CKD, it is either CBU or recond car.

Sumore year 1996 don't have CKD for e39.

The e39 528i CKD year 1996 bought by Ah_Keng is really a good buy direct from the owner. I have seen the car together with Ah Keng and overall the condition is good. Need to spend some $$$ for new paint job, perhaps new leather seats, some minor suspension replacement/components here and there. Engine wise still excellent condition. Would certainly say that if purchase from used car dealer, this car would cost at least RM 50K.

Yes, dealers buy low and sell high. They may hv bought the car for RM30-35k and tried to sell it for RM50k+++. Good Luck with ur purchase Keng.

yup..confirmed! It's a CBU. Mine has the long VIN. Imported directly from Germany (Dingolfing BMW factory) to our shore by AB.

Hi everyone. Finally i got my car today. Felt happy when the got into the car. Overall satisfy with the car. Only with the Airbag light on and the check engine light is on too. The car dealer said they will do the reset things for me at pandan indah workshop. Another thing i notice is when the car is on d move, there is a sound "tak tak tak". Any bro have face these experience before? I guess i need to spent some amount to rectify this. Appreciate bro's help in this. Thanks

tkm, congrats on your car its a lovely ride, you will love it more each day. As for the air bag light, it could be sensor fault. Check engine light, i am not sure, it could be many things.

As for the 'tak tak tak' sound, cant comment as i havent experience of such.

Alas, nothing cant be fix be patient and passionate. Enjoy your ride.
