Cracked windscreen F10

I cracked my windscreen while installing wipers
Anyone have a recommendation where i can get another windscreen installed in Klang Valley area?
How much an I looking at ?

If without a Heads Up Display (HUD) = RM5500.00

If with HUD = RM7000.00

the above prices if you send back to BMW Dealers. If cheaper alternative is what you seek for, then you can definitely fix it cheaper outside.

I'm curious why the difference in price if with HUD? How is the windscreen different?

With HUD, the glass is double layered to ensure the HUD can project on the glass perfectly. If a non HUD glass is install, when the HUD Projects, the image will be far than perfect.

Wow. Didn't know that. Means my windscreen is underinsured. Will take note for next year renewal.
