anyone have some idea about how to determine a tyre quality and their price isit worth..? my name is Mr.Car but i really dont know much about car accesories haha

by the way i only heard about Continential and Michelin.. but how to compare them ? and how to see which is more suitable for my vehicle? is all the brand suitable for all the cars?

nothing much different for both brand for me.. both of then got a same quality but michelin is more expensive
than continental... my i know what car are you use rite now? because need to see first which model is suitable for
your car

i'm also facing the same problem... my tires already got no more grip when im drive at the wet road
but its not botak already haiyoooo and i dont y..... im dizzy right now!! buy a expensive tires also dont have a good quality!!
poor for my bmw baby ='(((((((((((((((

Tyres are like all things in life, "good things not cheap, cheap things not good!!" Most of the premium tyres, Michelin, Continental, Pirelli etc are very similar in performance and price. The cheaper tryes have their limitations, you can't expect a tyre that costs 50% of a premium tyre to perform the same.
There are some good reviews here:-

You're right. Michelin is so costy, not much people can afford it. Since Continental, Pirelli, Yokohama etc have premium tyres as well, I rather go for them but not Michelin. At least their price lower than Michelin

if the brand is not showing performance, u can change to others brand
i use GY tyres for my bm, but substandard brand doesnt satisfy me
im still seeking for better 1, if really dont hv any.. i'll go for Michelin then

if you have no budget, go for Michelin, Dunlop, Continental, Yokohama or Bridgestone
otherwise there are other brands like NEXEN, Achilles etc....

try out Bridgestone's RE models as well.

hmmmm i think michelin is too costy and expensive to those who are having a small salary
and dont have a strong economy to using that kind of brand.
i'm using continental for a 10 years and still gving me satisfaction....
michelin also expensive so to all that want to change another tire brands,
i will recommend u guys to use continental first than u will fell the differents...

i agreed! becoz why u guys want to waste ur money to the tires that expensive but got a same quality...
michelin one of friends said that brand become popular becoz of their TV ads but the quality just same as
continental... and continental is a affordable prices and i'm using it too..
so far got no problem with that brand

Never tried Michelin , I have been using continental for few years and it satisfied my expectations and cheaper than Michelin . Not only that , Continental provide smoother ride for me

Just try once , you'll know what I mean haha

There are many range in Continental/Michelin. If you compare the top model between these two, Michelin tyres are quieter and comforter compared to Continental. That's from my own personal experience. Not sure about mid-range ones as I've never tried them.
