Complains

I have a friend whom just took delivery of his E60 5er recently and already it had a fluctuating rpm problem. Took it back to AB and after getting the car back problem still persist. So naturally he is not happy seeing its spanking brand new car and already there are problems. So he wants to know whom in AB and BMW Msia he can write in officially to complain about the problems he is having. can anyone provide the correct person to get in contact with in regards to complains at both AB and BMW Msia?. Tks.

bring it back to the dealer he purchased it from, speak to the service manager regarding a warranty claim.

this is all possible because its a new car.
