Change Engine Oil from top

Is there any hole that can be use to suck the engine oil from top?Usually the mechanic used the "dip stick" hole to suck the oil, but e90 don't have dip stick...Anybody facing this situation?

E90 diesel no problem because they have dip stick. Both the petrol variant N46 and N52 no dip stick, so MUST drain from the bottom oil sump drain bolt.
