CBU - Noise inside doors

Hello All,First of all.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!Ok now the story - Wondering if anyone has same problem with E90 CBU unit. There are sounds from all 4 doors as if something is loose inside whenever I go on uneven roads. It is ok on highway. I've taken to AB in Glenmarie 4 (yes FOUR!!!) times to fix it but each time the sounds appear after 1-2 days and sometimes it isn't even fix driving out from AB. They claim all door side rubbers were changed and doors re-aligned. I somehow suspect it's to do with something internal part like power windows or door lock.Am really getting frustrated as this problem has been there since 2 months of car delivery.Should I file a complain to AB (it's 4 times sent for repair) and how do I do that? Or should go to Ingress Auto as some of you suggested since most of the experienced staff are there? Need desperate help, close to asking for divine intervention here..

Since you have already sent it to AB Glenmarie 4 times, you might as well send it Ingress Auto and see if they can rectify the problem. Nothing to lose there. I had the same problem on my right front door (driver), AB Glenmarie rectified the problem exactly 12 months ago by changing the rubber linings.

Thanks rookie, will pay a visit there. No idea why changing rubber linings on my car doesn't work.

Bro Armi, I encountered the similar problems, not too sure if its the same problems as you are facing now.
I sent my car to Ingress Auto & they rectified the issue. Now no more irritating noises whenever I drive over the uneven path.
Go ahead send to Ingress Auto and probably you'll end up been a very happy driver of your E90 again.

Wondering if this is a common problem with CBU cars.

Mine is a CKD la...
I think no difference between the CBU & CKD version....the irritating noises comes from both the rain gutters. I have both changed at Ingress Auto, then, no more noises.
Go try la...

Mine is a CBU like yours but based on discussions with other E90 owners, some problems occur on both CBU and CKD cars

I have this problem before but is solved after changing rubber linings. As I told by SA, this is common to E90. The funny thing is the sound will not come if you open ur window slightly... is bcos dunno what pressure problem according to the SA

Funny thing is all 4 doors also kena. The doors on my car must really be misaligned or I have a big pressure problem in the car.

Try open the window slightly, if the sound still there, must be ur door problem. Last time it also happen to all 4 doors of mines...

Ok tested with driver's side. If window is slightly opened, sound goes away.

When I first have this problem, I'm so regret... but soon u'll get used to it. :stupid:

Look for "Joty - Car Tester" in AB Glenmarie, he shld be able to rectify the problem or "Liew - SA" from Ingres Auto. So far Ingres Auto give me very comfortable services.

Hey, I have the same problem too! I 'solved' mine by rolling down the window and roll it back up and the noise gone. But mine only on the front passnger side though.

Window guide

I also have same problem, rear left and right door... The third time i sent to Sapura Auto (today), they only detect is window guide problem the third time... I don't know if change window guide, the problem will solve or not... My car just just 2 years, Sapura Auto try to claim for me, if not i have to pay... :33
