Loud click/tok from driver door when going over expansion gap

Gents. Need help.My wife's e90 323i driver side door gives off a loud click or tok sound when going over expansion gap on the road. Sent it to wearnes and auto bavaria 4 times and sound is gone for a few days and will come back after a week. The sound seems to come from the door lock region. Warranty is out already.Anyone faced this problem before? Did a search and most guys are facing door seal problem. Mine is quiet as a church until it hit an expansion gap giving a loud click.Any workshop that are good with these kind of problems?The sound is driving me crazy. Like really crazy.

Changed my tyres to non run flats. The sound reduced somewhat, but still loud.
