Car loss power and suddenly change gear..

Hye i'm newbie here on e46, need help from all the king.. my car loss power when reach 80 to 90 kmh and suddenly change to low gear..(is it the speed sensor) and also got 3 sensor came out at meter the middle is ABS light, the other two on both side ABS sensor.. I think... Does anyone care to help me resolve this issue... Thank You all..

bro, get it scanned. sometimes the errors pop out like that but it could be different problem
