Hi guys, It's time to change my brake discs(rotors) and upon a friend's advise went to Suan Huat in PJ Sea Park. Checked out the Brembo Brake Discs for front (ventilated) and rear. Looks ok with the wear indicator and comes with impressive packaging. Cost RM 150 for the front and RM100 for the rear. My question is has anyone used this discs and encountered any problems like premature warping and shuddering ? The pricing is very fair taking into fact it's a Brembo. Thanks guys as this will help in making my decision.

Suan Huat in Seapark?
Is it near the corner lot Maybank there with lots of spare parts shops & a shell petrol kiosk?

Anyway if you can make sure its the genuine Brembo I think it should be fine!

Yes bro exactly. It comes in a nice Brembo box and so far it's the only OEM with wear indicators but there is no Brembo writing anywhere in the disc.

My cousin who drives a VW Golf says it's ok as he is using it as well.

I just wanna get more info. Thanks

use original, no warpage and shimmy...

only ATE comes close to the original, but they are very expensive to the originals..

bro sounds cheap mind to PM me the contact details for the shop
thanks

thanks bro mouse. by the way if i do decide to go ahead with the Brembo discs, what would be the ideal OEM brake pads to go with it.

i gather from the forums saying that sometimes it's important to have a combination of a particular discs and pads.

So how bros ?

thanks bro mouse.

ano question is that if i do go ahead for the Brembo discs, any ideas on what might be the best combi for the pads ?

best combi i not sure, but JURID alot of brake dust coz i am using it now, I will try EBC green stuff when i change my pad the next round, i heard alot of good review about it, good bite and less dust, however abit expensive....give it a try. try to get a set of SS brake hose, i am using Pro-RS, u can feel the difference. better if u can get goodridge but more expensive, get the ATE super blue racing DOT 4 brake oil, really improve the braking bite coz i am using it
