BMW records from SC?

Friends, my friend has eyed a used E90 and the dealer says it was serviced at AB. Can he take the keyfob and go to AB and get the service history since day one?I dono what to tell him la. Any advise?

I also think that there gonna be fees for that. they will charge for it that's sure. some time they don't take but i don't know that comes in that condition or not.
