Bmw professional radio not working

Hi Bimmer owners,

I've recently have sent my car for a repair to my front bumper due to an accident and engine gasket, oil pressure pump and oil seal replacement after oil level warning popped up on my dashboard e92 320i (2009) . Transmission oil was also replaced and when the car was returned my BMW professional wasn't working anymore hence not able to hear any radio or able to use any of the functions. The fius was checked but did not found any fault - has anyone experience this ? Also what's the cost to replace the unit ? Any shop recommendation ?

Any audio shop that could recommend ? I noticed the reverse pdc is not working either. Does replacing with a non bmw radio fix the problem ?

Hi - I've ended up installing an aftermarket unit for the head unit and as expected the chimes and reverse beeps does not work. Has anyone manage to fix this with an aftermarket HU ?
