Phone numbers are available on the website

Bavarian Auto

They have several branches, my understanding is that the price is the same regardless of the branch.
I purchased the lights in the SS2 branch.

Hope this helps

I recently did the conversion.
Purchased the rear LCI tail lights from Bavarian Auto, price was 568 each.

Did the conversion with Racing Fit in Sunway. Contact was Calvin. They have a website with contact details.
Calvin requires a prior appointment, due to usage of a third party wireman who does the actual conversion.
Conversion costs are additional, of course.

A point to note is that Bavarian Auto will want to sell you a relay as well, for the conversion.
The relay is not required. I believe that either the wireman provides the relay, or does something to bypass it.

Nice enough job, retains 90% of functions according to the wireman, you just lose the parking light function,
a feature that I would say is rarely required in urban Malaysia. And I don't see it used in rural areas much either.

How much is the cost for RacingFit to do the wiring installation? Thks.

There are two different types of conversion, I was quoted 550 or 350.
2 different prices, depending on what you want done.

However, the price went up to 600 (from 550) when I actually went to do it,
the wireman claimed this was due to a increase in the price of a part involved in the
installation.
So the 350 may now be 400 as well, didn't check.

Give Calvin from Racing Fit a call, he's quite willing to tell you the price over the phone,
the differences between the two types of installations etc.

Latest quote RM680 with new parts...looks like demand up and price also up...not a bad idea to upgrade LCI for CNY balik kampung..huhu...

With the price of the tail lights dropping, there must be more people out there doing the conversion.
All the best with the upgrade.
I'm quite happy with mine thus far.

One of the pro told me, ori light has 5 bar (full bar from left to right) and 2 dots of brake light when you press brake pedal, while Taiwan made only 3 quarter bar (not full bar) and 1 dot of brake light....Pls verify...

RM1.2k for the bright white angel eye including installation and it takes around 2.5 days for them to do the modification.

You have to leave your car there for 2.5 days? Can they just take out the lights and give you temp replacements while they do the work?

Yes, likely they will have a spare for you so you dont have to leave your car there.

Just bought Hella LCI tail light from Bavarian Auto for RM1260 today and installed by RacingFit for RM620, i m happy!

Thanks for the lead, now i got my front fixed by WRC and Tail by RacingFit! Time to celebrate Gong Xi Gong Xi!
