question for all ya. In a case like this, how will it affect the value of the property? The reason why I am asking is that in my casa, it is stated as a gated and guarded community. However, we were told later that the Council has yet to approve it. As a result, some of the residents have not been paying the security fees at the expense of others. The residents' association has taken over since the developer is only responsible for a year.
So, what rights do we have as a resident when we are misinformed of the developments, I assume in the case of this thread, the access road was meant to be toll-free. In my case, gated and guarded.
Maybe the lawyers can assist on this not only for Bandar Mahkota residents but everyone else in general. Unless the lawyers are keeping mum until they see a cheque-lah.
