Auto Lock Mess Up

I have this problem. Hope any of the sifus can comment.I got a E60 2010 which is has this funny auto lock issue.I have setup in the settings that if I open the driver's door (using keyless entry), the rest of the doors stay lock (for safety reasons). However, at intermittent times, when a front passenger put his hand on the door handle (front passenger side), it will also unlock without the me/driver doing anything. I believe the correct function is such that the other doors will only unlock when I press the unlock button at the console. I have brought this issue up with BMW Service countless times and they doesn't seem to be able to solve the problem. At least BMW Service recognised the problem because I managed to replicate the problem and showed it to them (after a few tries as the problem is intermittent).Appreciate any comments.
