Dear BMWClub Malaysia;I understood that my sales team used this ID to post some our our clients invitations recently at your forum. I would like to apologise as I understand that every forum has their own house rules. They have been doing so at most forum without realizing that BMWClub is a different ball game as you guys belongs to a level which I called professional car clubs. Hence, I would like to apologise for the advertisement posted and will personally make sure that it wont happen again. Also, if the committee would kindly extend their contact number to me or email address so that i could contact the right person for any upcoming events.Thank you.Nicholas H.J. Dear Nicholas,

As an official member of this club, I'm not happy with your sales + marketing strategy which borders on the issue of professional ethics. This is a non-commercial forum and it is unethical to use this forum for business related purposes where one party stands to gain commercially.

Here, you have taken away our basic prerogative decision of choice and have encroached on our 'privacy'. In many cases, this is construed as 'SPAM'.

Please have one of your sales people to do some extra activity by joining our monthly official gatherings. This way, you get to know who is who in the club and would have a better idea of working together to promote your products and services if they are beneficial to the club members. Most importantly, build the relationship.

Personally, I don't think we're an exclusive club with exclusive standards where outsiders are not allowed and membership is by invitation only.

Looking forward to meeting your representative.
