Dear all,Good day!1) Anyone get the grey zone f10? Perhaps if interested to get one ( 528 ) any major thing have to consider?2) Any good place to go? ( I do some searching in mudah ) seem a lot of f10 arround now day! Thanks

besides the seduction of the 3.0 twin power turbo engine, i must say the specs sucks....

You gotta shop around all the available record dealers to find out, some have pretty high specs but also ask for higher premium. Once you have identified the F10 of your choice, I'd recommend going on www.BMW-vin.com and get them to check on your VIN to see what options the car's loaded with (most dealers don't know the full options available). It costs USD 10 and it's worth it. They will send you a report on the car build and full options list.

Good luck!

yea as long it has the 10 inch screen, full electric seats, adaptive drive and ambient lighting it should be good enough

UK late E60s and F10's 525i and 523i's respectively are 3.0 litre detuned unit using the N53 engine. The 525/523 is N53B30-U0 engine (detuned version) while the 530/528 uses the N53B30-O0 which is full power. From our roadtax point of view it might make more sense to buy the 528 in your case. The Malaysian version sold by Auto Bavaria still uses the N52.

ignore the grey 523i's. for the price they are asking for worse than ur average mazda6 specs...ure better off with the 520d

Anyway still hunting......no rushing!

Hi all,

I just joined the forum altrough had been follow up with other post sometime.

I also hunting the F10 523 in the grey market and agreed that the grey market 523 are with low spec compared with local type. Btw, the grey importer sale man told me that F10 523 M Sport are coming soon and so, waiting it to come...

Anyway , here are 2 very usefull website to check the VIN before buy.

1. http://forums.eurocca.net/showthread.php/34369-The-VIN-thread - Need take few days to get the reply.
2. http://www.bmvin.info/ - Charges are USD 2.99 and with very fast reply service.

Hope this 2 website are usefull for you all.

Thank you....
