Air Cond resistor for E46

Anybody knows how to DIY and change the the aircond resistor? My resistor just busted but I got hold of an Ori resistor. I think its a simple job that I could do at home. Anyone can provide any leads?

i have changed mine, if not mistaken have to remove a plastic cover beside your leg rest, i think its pretty simple plug and play type of thing but i advice u to get a mechanic to do it and pay them RM 20 for the workmanship coz they will be alot of dust flying around when u remove the cover and u will get pimples after that

errr..I thought that is Air cond sensor? Is the Air cond sensor = Air cond resistor?

Air cond sensor is located under the radio. U got to remove the sunglass compartment to reveal it. There's 2 of it there.

thats what I understand as well. I guess they are two different things then.
