Hi sifus, need some advice on brakes now.....This would be for a e93 335i with drop in filter, jb4, catless dp, larger fmic (estimate 380hp ??). No tracking but looking for a setup to haul the car from high speeds down to sane speeds repeatedly. The options for upgrade are:1. Upgraded rotors (eg stop tech/brembo) and better performance pads2. Used M3 brakes (I heard lots of noise) but much bigger than standard brakes3. BMW performance brakes - rotors are actually smaller than stock n BMW doesn't recommend for 335i but it fits and and is 6 pots front, not sure about rears some say 4 and some say 2 pot ?? Can anyone verify ?4. Full blown brembo, AP or stoptech setupMy friends are telling me to go option 4 but as money don't grow on trees, looking to see if any of the other options viable for my intended setup. Can any of the 335i owners with similar setup advise .Also anyone knows whether the m3 brakes actually fit on the e93 335i without mods ?Being impatient, I intend to do all the mods in one go. Finally getting my car today ! Yeah !

wow, catless, save the worth, bring back the cat lah, the earth already full of mice.

The BMW Performance BBK rotor are smaller by 5mm in radius. I like it a lot.

Hi cosmo, are the BMW Perforamance BBK 6 pot/ 2 pot or 6 pot/4 pot ? I think there seem to be some variation when looking at a usa bmw dealer website. DO you know which kit you have ? Was it for the e92 328i ? From their website, it doesn't list anything for a e93 335i (as not meant for that car).

What's the damage and where did you buy it from ? (pm me if inconvenient to list here).

BBK front kit 6 pot. I didn't find any use of the single/2pot (couldn't remember) pot rear. Bougth it from StuttG in Tmn Mayang. 6+k w/o install. Do get the steel brake lines and motul rbf600 brake fuild for more effect. Get ready for surprises, because we found faulty steering ball joint and them replaced.

Happy hunting.
