Its standard for police to saman both. Its their stupid SOP. Both MUST be at fault la, that is why accident. Challenge it and you will see them backing down. LOL!

No boss, from my experience it's normally one party at fault and not both so in this case, it must be very different which is why it would be good to learn more about it

Anyway, let's not dwell on it. Let's move on and not press the owner for the full account unless he is comfortable. He has gone through quite a heart ache, important thing is he is safe.

you can claim from his and he from you on the insurance, then let the insurance decide on then NCB issue. by the way, both will be doing OD (own damage claim).

I feel your pain and frustration bro. Best you sort it out with the
IO to determine the party at fault, otherwise you'll tend to
lose a fair bit on your insurance over the next 5 yrs after losing
all your NCB.

Yup agreed ... One scenario is both vehicle change lane (menukar arah) at the same time to cause the accident. I know it cause it happened to me many years ago. A satri driver clip my car at the rear while i was changing lane (so is the satria driver) ... Thus both at fault. Mine was a write off case though

also 520d. if you have not sign the saman , you can attest, happen to me before where a young punk crash my car and bribe police to claim its my fault . told police i want to attest and bring this to court. case tutup no saman so i claim that fellow ncb.

Ingress Auto has done a good job on fellow OM 320d. looks just like it never happened. Hope yours the same too.
5k upgrade to genuine M5 bodykit is good deal i guess..

Hi, are u refering the m-sport body kit or m5??? because if i am not wrong, the m5 has wider fenders + bumpers... nevertheless, top up 5k for the m-sport worth the money too... else here will be quite a few members here willing to swap hahahahaha...

M5 bodykit worth more than 10k SGD here.
I am guessing is M sport.
I will say go for it! It really is much better than standard.

FYI, I am getting mix and match Original Used M sport kit for E90 already 2.5k that is without painting...
