328i Keyfob

Is there a 328i Malaysian SKD specific resource for the keyfob controls anywhere?I noticed that if I press the lock button once, the car locks. If I press and hold another time a few seconds after that the side mirrors fold in. Sometimes if I press and hold too fast after the first press, the welcome lights come on again.I wonder if there are other functions available with the keyfob. I'm just getting to know the various functions/settings as this is my first bimmer.Thanks

Have not seen any specific manual for our key FOBs. But I have found the user manual to be a good resource. Have u tried that.

just press lock and hold for side mirror fold and door lock at the same time... don't have to press again after first time for door lock

hold unlock long enough and all windows will open. stops when u relese the unlock button

hold lock long enough and all windows will close..

thats about it i think....

the next day i got my f30 sent my wife for facial at klcc..told her to go first and i stay in the car in the parking lot wasting my fuel reading the manual..yea..ended up sleeping tho..missed the part about the break in period tho..but sure theres lotsa info in the book..download a pdf version as well..for reading material in flight..

guys noob question here..i put on the air purifier,and i notice it still on (the light on my purifier) even after i leave my car and when i come again to my car its still on.so,the power supply to the cigarette lighter is always on is it?

Hmm...that seems strange. When you press the "Stop" button the once, the engine is switched off but the electronics and electrical parts are still active. However when you press the "Stop" button the second time, all the said electronics and electrical parts should stop working already, ie a complete shut off, the cigarette lighter included.

NVM..tomoro im sending back my car to AB glenmarie..will clarify everything then..about the power,my car door sensor..tint windsreen got scratch,rear glass got bubbles..damn..was it bcoz im not anak VIP they treat my car like that?its still a quarter million purchase tho..that service mayb expected from proton,but now im shocked got it from a BMW dealer..

Anybody here feels that the key fob is too big? I personally wished it was a bit smaller. It's still nice, but smaller would have been better.

Agree. The e90's key fob is smaller and looks much better.
