Zimmermann Sport Brake Disc

Guys, My E46 braking system goin to worn out soon. Planning to change to the Zimmermann Sport Disc. Its a direct replacement & cross-drilled type. What type of pads should I used? The shop says can use normal ori or OEM pads but I not sure bout it.Anyone experience of this brake disc? Any advice or inputs? Thanks:love:
