X6 diesel 30d and 35d xdrive (UK spec)

Hello guys,I am interested in getting a BMW X6 diesel 30d or 35d xdrive (UK spec) but I am doubt with the malaysia diesel quality which is euro 2. Anyway, since BMW malaysia offers the BMW X5 30d xdrive in malaysia market so I would assume that BMW X6 30d xdrive should fit the malaysia market after removing the particulate diesel filter (PDF) from the UK model. The above statement is made based on the belief that both X5 30d and X6 30d are using the same engine. Am I right? Please correct me if I am wrong. I would be grateful if anybody who is currently using X6 30d or X6 35d (UK spec) in Malaysia to elaborate more on the above issue. Thank you for your comments and suggestions.Best regards,Kin
