x5 gearbox

hai to all bimmers fellows, i got technical issue with my gearbox. i just got my 2004 x5 3.0 3 weeks ago and now the gearbox won't drive when cold start in the morning just like a delay for few seconds, once it move then can't really feel any problem and the whole day would be fine. any comment on this?second, the throttle response is really slow when it come to stop, step a bit won't move and accelarate hard to jump right up, altho my e39 got slow startup but it is smooth compare to x5, any comment? please help me with these issue to make sure my newbie is not spoil or wat....:help:

My geabox got a problem like yours last month.. I just chance my trasmission oil, n now it's fine.. but the mechanic told me, if it happen again, mybe coz of trasmission suiz.. thats all I know..

Sounds like gb slipping, but not really sure about the X5 gb. One thing for sure, X5 is known to be a big bleeding problem up your arse, never owned one so I'll never know. Read up on valuable information online, trust me you are going to need all the info you can get... e.g

Suggest you visit an X5 specialist & get your diagnostics done, not sure if there are any X5 specialists around in this region. Good luck
