why we wanna become OFFICIAL members

Just thought this would be a good time to share why i decided to pay to become an official club member 1. i like to 'hang out' here at the site when free, so i think its fair i pay to be a member2. i get to participate in the official events, plus all the unofficial events, if i have time, and if i don't have time, then i pass.. oh yeah, i don't intend to ask for discounts next year even if i don't participate 50% of the time in the events3. some $$$ is surely needed to fund this site, so i'm happy to contribute4. the goodies are nice perhaps this will trigger some debate but i suppose let it be then...

thank you for comments and your understanding, I hope everybody can have an open mind like brother thsaw99 and make this club, a club that all BMW lovers can call home...to the extend of one day having a own club house to lepak in...wouldnt that that be nice....wishful thinking? NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
If everybody can come together for just one cause and that is to make this club
as Great as the BMW clubs in USA or the UK...then its not impossible.

to answer your question Daniel its not abt how many but are you one yet.
You would be suprise that all who have signed up are the ones you see least in the forum but the ones who have maximised the usage of this site, sad to say..., but We are hoping with the Malaysian mentality for everything last minute they will be part of the club soon.Can we all have the mentality of Brother thsaw99, its not abt what you can get or what can the club do for you, its a sense of belonging, to belong to a club, a club with a prestigious name like BMW Club Malaysia.

Give this club a chance to be what it can be, did the Genting Group become what it became overnight?
So lets throw all our weight behind this and be part of history as the pioneer members of this club so when it eventually becomes 'The Club', we can look back and say I was part of it.
