Where to repair Bilstein PSS9 shocks?

Apparently there is a Bilstein agent in Bangkok, Thailand.

Look at following link, the banner ad there appears to show that they can "Service" shocks? I am just assuming so. I've emailed them last weekend but no reply yet.
