Where to repair aircond control module?

Anybody know where to repair aircond control module? Or we need to buy new one to replace it? The module can't repair? Asked in AB JB, their said that the module can't be repair, need to buy new one..AB quoted ~rm3000, S'pore quoted ~SGD1000, chop shop quoted rm1000 for used one..Now the module is totally kong, try my luck to ask here..

This is a very tricky part to buy. No it cant be repair. Than it is diffrent between single vanos and double vanos. The number on the white pice of paper very important. Here in KL second hand around RM900 below new is below RM2k.Will pm you my no i have this stuff.

AB said that the module is rare to koyak, their said i'm unlucky..

Any else know where the expertise shop to repair this??

What you mean bro? What kinda buzzing sound? Can it only be heard when air-cond is on (I have a kind of humming sound when air-cond on, wonder its the same)? How to fix it?

Nope, the buzzing sound can be heard even the A/C off..U can DIY to eliminate the stupid sound, just open the module and take out the fan thingy inside the module..Easy way..

Thanks for the reply. Just curious, where is the A/C module located? By replacing the fan, is that suppose to cool the module, and won't have heating problem so far?

My humming sound I describe when A/C is on, was due to lacking gas. Just replaced my leaking A/C coil with dryer receiver & full service. I'm still hearing the humming sound, but Naidu (our trusted BMW A/C specialist) mentioned that he don't want to overfill. Its gets louder after another re-gas, but he mentioned 6 mths warranty. Will look for him if it gets worse.
