I got 6% fleet discount for 320i. On top of that, got security film and glass coating from 3M. But only 1 layer coating. Better than nothing. Heard 6% is limit for fleet discount.

Fleet discount is given by BMW Malaysia and not by the dealer.. dealer can still offer more discount on top of it. I got mine under REP and was told am not entitled for fleet but managed to talk them into giving additional 4k discount on top of it.. hehehe

1. You cannot sell your car within 2 years
2. You are not allow to work in overseas withing 5 years.

Thus far only about 4-5,000 people in this country received this package. In order not to get block at immigration custom during departure, I rather not to do that. At least I didn't owe BN a single money ! This amount can easily earned back in overseas, so, nothing to be brag about it.

If I were you, I would exercise my rights first and then worry about it later. From my past experience, I don't think they would know if you don't inform. You still have your passport with you and you are free to travel in and out of the country as you wish. It's also possible that you may be posted overseas by a local company. Or you could decide to further study or take a long vacation overseas. Then how about if you cannot find a job here in Malaysia or if you loose your job and cannot get another job in Malaysia? There's so many reasons you can give them. In any case, worse come to worse, if you are caught, then just pay back the money. What's the big deal? Furthermore if you don't use the money, it would probably be wasted on something else. Think about it. Lol

Spleen actually one of the criteria is, you must secure a job back in Malaysia before your return. So, you will not be jobless. Many people told me the same as what you mentioned, just that I didn't want to take this risk.

Not necessarily before you return. Preferably you have a job when you return but you can also come back and look for one and once you have the offer then you can go and get your Surat Akuan. A friend of mine got his approved but will only return next year as he wanted to finish his contract first and get his bonus.. hahaha!!

Wow.. that is a good deal. I got the same car under MREP and only got 4k discount plus tinting. The power kit should cost about 6-7k at least. Well done

Wanna ask anyone got good offer from Auto Bavaria or Ingress on your purchase of F30 model 316i? Both not same offers i got so far for the Pre Reg car. Is there any difference between pre reg or demo car? Really appreciates feedback.

Pre-reg cars usually have less mileage than demo cars and have less wear and tear but both cars will have you as the second owner hence the cheaper price.
