It was an officer's car, at the back there was a sticker 'Pegawai Penyiasat PDRM' and the 'KL' sticker.

I've done 200kmh in a Waja manual ages ago back in 2002 I think. I was in a hurry and done Sungai Petani to KL in about 2hr 40 mins in that car. For me I think Waja is among the good protons (manual only).

good for u, but its going to be hard finding a good unit here, people tend to keep it once they own as far as i know.

Btw i forgot to say I was doing 230kmh when I passed that police car hahahaha

I did that in 2007 and i was hauled up to Bukit Aman...dun play with them.

First, they sent me a letter which i had 14days to appear there, which was received less than 3 days to go, (you can guess, Pos Malaysia)
in the letter, they asked me the reason of me travelling above 228km/h or pass the 180km/h mark. i didn't know that they managed to record my speed from the patrol car(perdana). The report came 6 months after it. (they had to do a search with JPJ)
So i turned up with a 'letter explaining' and they told me that anyone above 180km/h is considered 'reckless driving' and chargeable in court, blah-blah..so they saman me full, with one above the speed(they manage to put at 172km/h) in order to skip pass the 180km/h mark and the other failling to stop when ordered by the patrol car,(i did not know they were chasing me !!, there was a report by the constable shown)... so full 15 kejara points and 6 months driving suspension. So wrote another 'letter' and they reduced to a 1 month suspension.
After that i dun dare again..

Aiseyman... Sorry to hear about that...

Wow, serious stuff uh. I always wondered, whether these moving patrol cars on the highways are actually setting traps for us to fall in, tracking our speed, or simply just getting from point A to B.

I have encountered numerous times, patrol cars travelling at about 90km/h on the slow lanes, and when they spot BMW's or Merc's, immidiately speed up to about 130~140 km/h, just to see if those cars would dare pass the 110km/h speed.

With your story now, i guess they are monitoring speeds while moving too..

Depends la... Like ystdy I admit I was in quite an aggressive mode. Guess being stuck on the KL-Seremban highway from Seremban till ELITE interchange was quite frustrating, so what do I do? Vent my frustrations by driving like a hoon all the way back to Subang... :4:

I'll see what comes in the post then within this two weeks. Got the same deal in UK, banned from driving for a month. That was for chasing a 850i on the motorway.

They can still import the parts provided they have special AP from the government.

Tweiboon missed one VERY important point in that post. The government will stop those USED parts, new parts will still be able to import la.
