u can sponsor yours for me to take the dimension? but yours jap/UK spec dunno same with CKD or not. I will send to my friend to fabricate it (He specialised in this kind of stuff provided he is free only he can do)
 
he will only charge me for material cost and not labour coz we best friend mar, but we give him abit labour to make him happy so he can make more for us mar. then i can charge u guys more and make money, muhahahahahahaha cantik boh

have to take out lar bro to be accurate, ask him go under the car and measure meh he taruk me later, meanwhile I will ask my friend first if he have time to do or not, coz he is working on project base, if too much work in hand then have to do later lar
 
Finally, got the cover from chop shop along jln chan siow lin for RM350. not bad the condition. I found out there are 2 type - big and small, mine is the big one. fyi, there are a few pieces left if any body interested

Hmm. On my e39 (ok its not the e46) but I bought oris for front and driver side (called splash guards I think) for 700 including installation.

I was surprised that RM 350 was paid for a used item. The front one was 380 new I think.

The mechanic also told me not absolutely required. But recommendedlah. I guess its a matter of prioritisation. If some mechanical part or electronic goes bad, change those first. When got spare cash, get these sorts of things.

Just my view.
