I would be keen to know more about this since my E92 323i comes with only 190 bhp. The 323i is not common in Malaysia, so there's less experience on this than in the Aussie or Canadian forums in e90post.com

bro juan, where do u want to fly meeeeeeeeehhhhhhhh ????????

Additional 28bhp for JPBs car to get him 28 seconds quicker to work !

But seriously, if you walked, it would take the same amount of time ;)

It's been quite jam of late. If no jam, it takes a 30 seconds drive but last week, cos of the jams, it took a full 6 minutes. Man, that really pissed me off!:stupid:

Hi All,

I tot you sealed the deal on the brand new E90 325i with iDrive already? No need to wonder about the 323i anymore la heh.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the E90 community. Same story with the E46, one fella buy all, will buy. History repeats itself.

I was at Autofuture over the weekend to check out the rims. They just brought in the E90 M3 type 220m 19' forged wheels which is very light (lighter than the stock 18" M wheels on the E90 325i M sport), which comes with 8.5J front and 9.5J rear (245/265 stock tyre fitment). Autofuture says it'll fit the std E90 with the non flared arches based on their calculations provided its shod on 225/255 tyre combo instead.

Its the cheapest forged rim 19" staggered you can buy, and looks pretty good I think but hard to clean.

Just questionable if it'll really fit for a standard E90/92. Anyone knows?

Here's how the rim looks like:

Just my opinion, but i dont quite like the rims.

They look too much like the E46 M3 ones......

Meinauto, why are you browsing rims once again ?

I thought you just paid down lots of notes for new shoes :)

The E90/E92 M3 rims doesn't tick with me. Looks to similar to the ones that comes with the M5. Oh, and the thought of cleaning those rims would put me off too :104:

I know that predicament! In Malaysia, the E92 only comes in 323i or 335i. When I asked why BMW M'sia don't bring in the 325i variant, I was told it's becos of pricing i.e. it would be priced almost RM50K more and that would curtail them from selling more E92s as well as clash with other models like the E93 and E60. I don't completely see the sense to this. However, in Aussie, there's this price gap as well and quite a bit of debate on whether one should splash so much more to get the extra bhp. It appears from e90post.com that most fellas are not prepared to spend the extra and find the 323i to be "adequate".

Yea, at first glance, that was my reaction. I didnt take a second look untill i was a little more educated on the rim heh. Its a rim which grows on you the more you think about it. Forged rims are unique in finish, and the finishing is something which replicas can not match. For folks who know how to see forged rims, its easilly identifiable. What I like most about the rims is the weight, which will translate to lower unsprung weight = better vehicle dynamics. Not to mention, better acceleration, braking and fuel economy over the standard rims heh. However, I think putting 225 fronts on a 8.5 J rim width is probably bad news. Hmm...

I didnt realize the M rear boot spoiler was that important! Most cases these days, rear spoilers, are just for asthetics.. Not with BMW M kits tho..

Mounted part front apron on left
for vehicles with m aerodynamics package or m sports package it is recommended that the attachment parts be fitted in conjunction with an original bmw rear spoiler as this improves the aerodynamics. ***** *****
