sun protection/privacy glass

hi all..not really new (registered some time ago as a passive member)just one question to asksome Uk spec car has option 761 sun protection/privacy glass on rear doors and windscreen..I know that JPJ state the rear should be at least 50% transmission and an email from BMW uk confirm that he tint level on their privacy glass is at 65%..is there any way around this problem..?thanks
