We been told that it was due to wear and tear - ARE U TELLING ME THAT BMW GS AND ADVENTRUE CLUTCH CUD ONLY LAST FOR 25000km++ .... IF YES - PUT A BIG NOTE IN YOUR 2 YEARS WARRANTY AGREEMENT THAT U DONT COVER THE CLUTCH - SO THAT ALL FUTURE OWNER OF GS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM.
Or is it because Garry too lazy to do the paperwork ?
Where is your business ethics - or shud i reword that - do u guys have business ethics or not ?

I thank you for your assistance and support. I really do hope BMW Germany will look into the matter favorably, failure which, Auto Bavaria will hear it from my lawyer.
This is not a threat - who am i to fight BMW .
For your info and also for the record - when Auto Bavaria replaced the clutch they also replaced my rear brake pads. I pick up the bike from Glenmarie workshop on 23/3/09.
GUESS WHAT - YESTERDAY (26/3/09), AFTER A DAY RIDING IN THE RAIN AND SOME HARD BRAKING - THE REAR CLIPPER GOT LOOSE WHILE I AM RIDING THE BIKE AND I DIDNT KNOW ABT IT TILL I GOT HOME. THANKS GOD THAT I DIDNT GET INTO AN ACCIDENT.
This morning (27/3/09), I showed the brake calliper to Garry and Nik. Garry took some pictures of it AND PROMISED TO REPLACE 1. THE BRAKE CALLIPER, 2. AXLE (due to scratches all over the place from the loose caliper) and 3. THE REAR WHEEL RIM (dented).
THEY PROMISED TO REPLACE ALL THE ABOVE PARTS IN TWO WEEKS TIME ie latest by 15th April 2009.
What is wrong with you guys - we are talking abt people life here. This has gone too far.
regards

Actually, we always discussed among ourselves re BMW poor service during our TT. We have no choice but to send our bikes there as they carry 2 years warranty. Some of us even decided to send our bikes to Singapore as their parts are 40% cheaper and their services are much more professional. By the way.... Singapore is not that far.... for the bikers rite?
Hellraiser, my 1st and 2nd service were nightmares. Oil leaked/dripped a few days after done the services. Reason each time was screws untied properly. Luckily my recent 3rd sevice was ok. Can u imagine how much time I have wasted each time I got to resend my bike. To rectify small problems can take hours or even days.... Adios

I know there are a lot of you out there who can relate urself to the topic above.
I have been one customer who had been putting up and tolerating to all the stupid remarks and unsatisfactory work by some quarters. At last ,after my last experience with the idiot named nik yesterday,I have decided its enough as my patience has been stretched to the maximum.I am going to make an official complaint to BMW Malaysia and Germany.I hope all u guys out there who have had bad experiences and unsatisfactory services, please come forward and relate your experiences here. This is important in order to improve the service by motorrad workshop as they are providing a very substandard service to us and our bikes.Dont let one or two idiotic mechanics to damage the reputation of our bikes.Make changes.
